  2. How to participate

    2. To be eligible for this Promotion: you (“You” or “Participant(s)”) must be at least 18 years of age and located in one of the following jurisdictions (“Eligible Regions”):
      1. United States of America, including District of Columbia, but excluding residents from Alaska, Rhode Island, Utah and Delaware; and
      2. United Kingdom.
      3. Entries from any other countries or regions are void and will not be considered.

      3. Reply to the announcement post in our Broadcast Channel on Instagram.
    6. By entering this Promotion, following the steps contained in paragraph c. You acknowledge and agree that if You do not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in paragraphs a. and b. above, Sponsor has no obligations to You under this Agreement. Entries that do not comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions and above criteria will be void and will not be selected for this Promotion.

    8. By submitting your entry, You confirm that You have read and understood these Promotion Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
  3. Reward
    1. Sponsor is not liable for any damage or loss to the Reward caused by any other third-party. If a Reward is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement Reward.
  4. Selection of Winners
    1. Winners will be notified as specified in the linked announcement for the promotion within 5 days of the end of the promotion, and once notified, you will have 24 hours to claim the prize.
    2. Entries are unrestricted so the odds of winning will depend on the number of entries.

While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Sponsor’s’ liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Sponsor will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Sponsor or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
    2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, suppliers, and distributors make no warranties, either expressed or implied, about the Reward. The Reward is provided "as is" without any warranties as to quality or performance.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any kind of computational, technical, or other similar error in the selection process, and Sponsor reserve the right to cancel all or part of the contest and to declare a potential winner ineligible where the Participant has failed to comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
    4. Sponsor has the exclusive power to interpret the rules, and the Sponsor’ decisions regarding any and all matters related to the Promotion, are final and binding.

    2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
    3. Sponsor will not share Participants’ personal data with any third party except as necessary to administer the Promotion or deliver the Reward.
    4. Participants may request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the Sponsor at [email protected].
    5. By entering this Promotion, Participants acknowledge and agree to the processing of their personal data as described in this section.
  7. Governing Law
    1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
